Living Stress Free

Living Stress Free

We are bombarded by stressful situations from the time we awake until going to bed. And then getting a good night’s sleep to recuperate is not all that easy sometimes.

There are books galore, instructors, yoga gurus, pills, machines and private treatments. You have probably tried most, if not all, of them already with little, if any substantial and lasting results. In fact, the fact that you have tried the different approaches that have not worked only increases your stress!

Is this you? Up in the morning and the minute your feet hit the floor, it’s “What is good coming my way today?” On to greet the family and you are happy to see them and exchange a few pleasantries. On the way to work, you negotiate through traffic easily without feeling you are a target or that traffic is a big “to do”, even if there is construction or delays.

In the office or at work, you are able to prioritize and keep control of your schedule and handle requests in a calm and matter-of-fact way. Lunch is not hurried and your food digests well. After work you still have the energy to go to the gym or meet with a friend. Dinner is quiet and you focus on your food and companionship.

At bedtime, as you prepare your mind for a sound night of sleep, you let the thoughts of the day get tucked in to their little chambers, feeling pleased with yourself for the things you have accomplished and give thanks for your blessings. As you sleep, answers to questions may drift in or you may have useful ideas or directions come to you while you are so relaxed. Does this sound like you?

It doesn’t? If you have been diagnosed or seem to have the symptoms of Generalized Anxiety, OCD (obsessive compulsive disorder), Panic Attacks, Agoraphobia or simply Insomnia and “Nerves”, there is a program that is becoming widely used to overcome these crippling hindrances.
